This helpful hints package should be done very early in your planning.  It is our most popular package.  We will lay out your wedding day, step by step, so you have a timeline of when things should happen.  This will help keep stress to a minimum because you know what to expect.  You will now be able to book the times for all of your services with a REALISTIC time frame.

This service is very unique, given that, we teach you how to prepare for your wedding specifically.  These are discussions by phone or in person, where you will take notes that apply only to you.  Some of these situations and ideas are related to Newfoundland, so you can avoid the frustration of researching weddings that are planned in the United States and abroad. 

 

With these helpful hints, your wedding will run more smoothly and be on time.  Of course people have survived their wedding day without these hints in the past, but how much stress did the family go through?  How many regrets did the couple have?  How many mishaps may have been preventable?

Time Management…

 

 

This package will give you hints from; the hair dresser, up to leaving to go to the ceremony.  The biggest mistake people make is when they think they have LOTS of time.  You DON’T!  You have a million things to do in a short amount of time.  You will learn how to designate and to prepare so that you will arrive at the ceremony on time.

Bride’s Preparation…

 

 

This package has the same purpose as the bride’s preparation package, but the hints are very different.  It will give you hints from the boys getting ready, up to leaving to go to the ceremony.  The men have less time to prepare, but the same number of things to do.  They need all the help they can get to arrive at the ceremony on time.

Groom’s Preparation…

 

 

The dance is one of the most important times of the whole day.  Your D.J. or band has to keep your guests entertained for the entire evening.  Learn questions to ask them to make sure this is the right person for you.  We will tell you suggestions of special dances, traditions and other things to make your dance fun.  Have the time of your life!

Dance…

 

 

Learn questions to ask your photographer to make sure this is the right person for you.  We will tell you the poses you should have done and who should be present.   There are often mishaps happening here because people do not know where to go or when.  We know all the great places to get your photos taken and we have lots of suggestions.

Photo Session…

 

 

You can decide to have a civil wedding or a church wedding.  Learn what questions to ask your officiant, in case there are any restrictions, so that you are not disappointed later.  We also have many suggestions that will help make your ceremony memorable and unique.  Our very own Marriage Commissioner can perform your ceremony at the location of your choice.  If we perform your wedding, this package of helpful hints is included.

Ceremony Preparation…

 

 

TThis is one of the most popular packages.  It is known as the “M.C. Package”. It will take you from the time you walk in the door for your reception up to the conclusion of the speeches.  These hints will tell the M.C. what to do and when to do it.   You will also learn the way things are traditionally done in NL, whereas, the internet or books often talk about the U.S.  You will have suggestions of modern choices and lots of options to choose from.  This package is works best if we meet with the couple and the M.C. together.
